De'Magi Taleggio PDO Brown Label (Classic)

Taleggio is a semi-soft, washed-rind Italian cheese with a distinctive orange rind and a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. It has a pungent aroma but a mild, fruity, and slightly tangy flavor, often with a hint of meaty notes. Originating from the Val Taleggio region in Lombardy, it's known for its rich history and unique characteristics.  This Taleggio is very special to us as it has been curated and matured in the cellars of our dear friend Andrea Magi.
