Maldera Creamy Ricotta (250g)

While traditional Italian ricotta is made from whey and can be slightly grainy, "creamy" versions are often produced using whole milk or a blend of milk and heavy cream.  It has a lush, soft, and spreadable consistency with much finer curds than standard part-skim or whey-only varieties.
