Onetik Chevre

Onetik Chevre refers to various French cheeses made by the Onetik company from the Basque region, primarily goat's milk (Chèvre) cheeses, like Tomme Pur Chevre. These are pressed, aged cheeses with a supple, creamy texture, a mild flavor, and woodsy or mushroomy aromas, and are made using traditional methods with pasteurized goat's milk. Onetik also produces cheeses that blend goat's milk with sheep's milk, or even a mixture of all three milk types, creating unique flavor profiles.
